Get started

1. Open Settings → Business details. Add your business name, contact details, payment instructions and currency.
2. Choose New invoice or New estimate. Add a customer, items, quantities and rates.
3. Or tap Speak the job. Say or type the job details, create a draft and check all fields.
4. Review tax and discount. Tax applies to the whole discounted subtotal; confirm that this matches your job.
5. Tap Preview & share PDF. Use the share button to send or save your document.

Voice requirements

English voice input requires on-device speech-recognition support and your permission. Smarter extraction requires Apple Intelligence on a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled. A basic local parser and manual entry remain available. Extraction can make mistakes or leave fields blank; review all customer names, items, amounts and tax before sharing.

Free and Pro

Your first three distinct document exports are free. Re-exporting the same document stays free. Pro unlocks unlimited exports and custom PDF logos. The app shows the current localized subscription price and billing period before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Restore or cancel

Use Settings → Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Use Settings → Manage subscription to manage or cancel your subscription through Apple.

Protect your records

Use Settings → Export backup regularly. Keep the JSON backup somewhere private because it includes your customer and business details. Import backup merges missing records and keeps your existing records. Customer payments are recorded manually; digiBILL does not process payments or track whether a recipient opened a PDF.
